Program and UI review

After testing your organization in the sandbox environment and before we can provide access to your production API Keys, you must complete a program and UI review.

During the review, we evaluate the end-to-end recipient experience and make recommendations for best practices to ensure a positive participant experience. All API integrations have to be reviewed and approved by Tango; in some cases our brand or bank partners also require direct approval.

What's needed?

We'll ask you to provide your use cases, type of recipients, end-to-end experience of your recipients, etc. We also ask for your marketing materials such as the way your users sign up and redeem the rewards. You are required to complete the Program Fact Sheet or schedule a live demo with your Tango contact. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email [email protected] if you don't have a direct contact with Tango.

Follow the process below:

  1. Notify your tango contact that you are ready to complete the program review. They will notify you if any of the brands you are requesting requires direct approval.
  2. Complete provided Fact Sheet or schedule a live demo. Program Fact Sheet must be completed for direct brand approval. All screenshots must highlight the specific brand. See Program and UI review Fact Sheet.
  3. Your Tango contact will review, evaluate, and , if needed, submit the fact sheet to our retail partners for feedback and approval.
  4. If changes are requested, provide updated screenshots.
  5. Upon approval, you will be set up with access to production API credentials. Brands that require direct approval will only be added to your production catalog after the brand approves your program.

📘

Note:

  • Brands that require direct approval will only be added to your production catalog after the brand approves your program.
  • Program Fact Sheet must be completed for direct brand approval. All screenshots must highlight the specific brand.
