ExchangeRatesProcessed event

This Tango webhook event fires every time Tango’s daily currency exchange rates are updated. Financial category events allow your systems to stay synchronized with changes in exchange rate data that impact billing, invoicing, international reward delivery, and currency conversions. For organizations running global rewards programs, currency accuracy is critical. Exchange rate shifts can affect reward costs, budgets, financial reporting, automated billing, or country‑specific spending limits.

How to subscribe

To subscribe to ExchangeRatesProcessed events, create a webhook subscription. Once subscribed, your webhook endpoint will receive notifications every time Tango’s daily currency exchange rates are updated.

Use case

Acme Health is a global healthcare company using Tango to send digital rewards to patients and partners in multiple countries and currencies. Their internal billing and finance systems must always use up‑to‑date exchange rates. Acme Health wants to be immediately notified whenever Tango’s daily Currency Exchange Rates are updated so they can: refresh their internal rates, recalculate costs and limits, trigger downstream financial workflows
